Made from reinforced polypropylene with fiberglass, the modules are remarkably resistant to temperature fluctuations and root pressure.


System

The Modulogreen alveolar module is made from PP, Polypropylene and fiberglass. It provides a large volume of substrate for plants (approximately 4 litres/ plant), enabling the use of a vast array of plants. The internal movements of the modules permit the distribution of water uniformly throughout the substrate and the vegetation.

The drillings of the front panel have a slight inclination that facilitates the planting of the vegetation, providing plants with the best conditions for development and avoiding phototropism phenomena. These plantation alveoli also make it easy to substitute plants.

Steel or wooden structure

The modules are affixed to an aluminium structure that is anchored to the supporting wall. The installation principle permits the creation of an air chamber between the wall and the green structure, thus avoiding any risk of contamination from the supporting wall and, at the same time, protecting the wall from erosion over time.

The modulogreen® concept also enables the installation of insulation between the supporting wall and the green structure.

Irrigation System

  • Average consumption: 220 L of water/year/ m²;
  • System: self-regulation low flow drip network;
  • Dosing pump and timer (Remote Control available);
  • Excess water: the vertical overlapping of the modules during its application permits the evacuation of any excessive water into the lower module and so on until it reaches the sewage system.

Coating

Aesthetic, the coating provides the finishing to the vertical garden. It enables hiding the sprinkler system of the vertical garden. A wide variety of materials can be used, depending on the desired look. Wood, zinc, lacquered steel, aluminium, mirror bright stainless steel, etc....
